A completed Events Request form must be submitted 90 days prior to proposed event date for full consideration and to allow ample time for advertisement and approval.

Please complete this form to submit a media project for consideration and completion by our Media Team. Submit the form to the email addresses below. Media will respond to your request no later than one week from your request.
Note: The Events Committee must approve events/activities before submitting this form. Please submit an Events Request before requesting Media services/support (you may submit via the LOP Website or hard copy found in the church foyer).

Events will respond to your Events Request no more than 14 days from submission.
Media Requirements:
– Videos should be recorded in landscape format (horizontal)
– Videos should be in either .mp4 or .mov format
– All video/flyer submits must mention or state the church’s name, the pastor’s name, date/time, and location of the event.
Media Submission Timeline – (includes time for promotion/advertising the event/activity)
– Graphic/Image Media – 14-21 days in advance
– Audio Media – 21-30 days in advance
– Video Media – 30-60 days in advance
