Rowevina (Ro) Herring, is the Church Administrator and Minister of Education and Training under the leadership of her pastor, Dr. James E. King. 

Minister Ro retired from the federal government in 2012 after 41 years of federal service where she served with the armed forces in the States and abroad. 

Minister Ro holds a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Leo University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Liberty with a concentration in Expository Preaching and Teaching. Minister Ro obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from Villanova University. 

Her calling and passion is teaching and process improvement as God has equipped her to employ her skills and talents to various areas of ministry. 

Minister Ro has two adult children, Shauna and Kevin and three grandchildren, Leonard, Jr., Xavier, and Riomi.
