Miriam (Mia) Williams is a native Washingtonian and currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA with her two sons Ken Jr. (K.J.) and Christopher.  Minister Mia is engaged to her fiancé David.

Minister Mia preached her first sermon on September 22, 2018 in the presence of family and friends.  She was licensed on September 23, 2018 by Pastor Reverend Chester L. Banks, Abundant Life Baptist Church in Manassas, VA and served as the only female minister on staff at that time.

Minister Mia and her family have been at The Land of Promise for over five years originally joining the church in 2005.  While away for a few years, the family fondly considered LOP as their “home” church and periodically visited the campus.  In early 2019, she was led by the Lord to return to LOP under the leadership of Pastor Dr. James E. King.  

She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UMUC Global Campus, College Park, MD.
